Terms and Conditions


All goods shall remain in the sole ownership of Outdoor Gourmet until such time as all monies payable have been received.

The dispatch of goods paid for by cheque will not take place until funds have cleared.

Outdoor Gourmet reserves the right to cancel your order if insufficient stock is available and will reimburse your credit card with the full cost of your order.

REFUNDS POLICY

Damaged goods

Outdoor Gourmet will replace goods, which are damaged in transit. Unless otherwise specified (ie: Outdoor Gourmet may dispatch a courier for the collection of larger items) such items should be returned by post to:

You will be reimbursed with the cost of the return postage. Additional delivery costs will be free of charge.

Lost goods

If goods ordered are not received by the customer and deemed to be lost in transit or the shipment does not contain all the goods ordered, the customer should notify Outdoor Gourmet within 7 days of placing their order for replacement goods to be sent. Outdoor Gourmet will investigate lost packages with its courier partner. No claim for lost goods can be accepted outside this time limit.

Faulty goods

Outdoor Gourmet operates a rapid replacement or no-quibble money-back guarantee for any products found to be faulty. Please first contact Outdoor Gourmet by phone on 0845 665 0728 or by email at websales@outdoorgourmet.co.uk so that arrangements can be made for products to be returned to Outdoor Gourmet, wherever possible with their original packaging to:

Postage costs of the return of faulty goods will be reimbursed by Outdoor Gourmet to the customer.

 

YOUR RIGHT TO CANCEL

The right to cancel your order must be exercised on or before the seventh day following the day after the delivery of the goods. Customers wishing to exercise this right must notify Outdoor Gourmet by email to websales@outdoorgourmet.co.uk or in writing to:

As a condition of the right to cancel customers must arrange at their own expense the return of the goods in a saleable condition to the address above. The goods will be deemed returned when receipt is confirmed at the above address. Customers will be entitled to a full refund for the cost of the goods.

Any information, whether verbal or in writing, is for guidance only and is given in good faith but without warranty.

Any quoted delivery times are estimates only. Outdoor Gourmet shall accept no liability in relation to late delivery.
